These terms are the agreement between you and Mujolo. By creating an account or using the app or website, you accept them.
"Mujolo", "we", "us" and "our" mean [Company legal name], the operator of the Mujolo mobile app and the website at mujolo.co.zw (the "Service"). Mujolo is a dating and social platform where adults can create profiles, meet new people, chat, share posts and stories, and watch or host live streams.
Please read these terms together with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your information. If you do not agree to them, do not use the Service.
You may use Mujolo only if all of the following are true:
You must give accurate information about yourself, including your age, and use your own photos. We may ask you to verify your profile. Do not create an account for anyone else, and do not hold more than one account.
You are responsible for everything that happens under your account. Keep your password and sign-in details private, and tell us at once if you think someone else has used your account.
You can sign up with an email address, Google or Apple. We may refuse a registration, remove a username, or ask you to change it if it is misleading, offensive or impersonates someone else. You can delete your account at any time from the app's settings.
Treat other members with respect. You must not:
We decide what breaks these rules. If you see something that does, please report it in the app.
You own the photos, videos, posts, stories, messages and other content you upload ("your content"). You are responsible for it, and you promise you have the right to post it and that it follows these terms.
By posting content you give Mujolo a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, display, copy, resize and distribute it, only to run, promote and improve the Service. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies other users have already saved, and backups we keep for a short time.
We may remove any content that breaks these terms or that we believe is harmful, without notice. We do not check everything members post and are not responsible for what they say or share.
Live streaming may be limited to users we approve. We can allow or restrict it for any account at any time, and we may review live applications and stream history.
Paid plans and in-app purchases are sold through Google Play or the Apple App Store, and their payment terms also apply. Prices are shown in the app before you buy.
You are responsible for your own safety, online and offline. We do not run background checks on members and cannot confirm who anyone really is, even where a profile shows a verified badge.
We are not responsible for what members do, online or in person, or for any meeting between members.
You can stop using Mujolo and delete your account at any time.
We may warn you, remove content, limit features, suspend or permanently ban your account, with or without notice, if you break these terms, put others at risk, or if we are required to by law. If we ban you, you may not create a new account. If you think we made a mistake, email us at the address in section 12 and we will look at it.
Sections that by their nature should continue after your account ends, such as those on content licences, disclaimers, liability and governing law, stay in force.
Our property. The Mujolo name, logo, app, website and software belong to us or our licensors. We give you a personal, limited, non-transferable licence to use the app for its intended purpose. You may not copy, sell, modify or reverse engineer it.
Third-party services. Mujolo works with services such as Google, Apple, Firebase and Agora. We are not responsible for their services, and their own terms apply when you use them.
Disclaimers. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, that you will find a match, or that other members are who they say they are. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.
To the fullest extent the law allows, Mujolo and its owners, staff and partners are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service or from the actions of other members, online or offline.
Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and USD [50]. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
You agree to cover the losses, claims and costs (including reasonable legal fees) that arise from your content, your breach of these terms, or your breach of anyone else's rights or of the law.
These terms are governed by the laws of Zimbabwe. We will try to settle any dispute with you informally first. If we cannot, the courts of Zimbabwe have jurisdiction, unless your local consumer law gives you the right to go elsewhere.
We may update these terms. If a change is important we will tell you in the app or by email, and the date at the top will change. Using Mujolo after the change means you accept the new terms. If you do not accept them, stop using the Service and delete your account.
